Gladys Smith

Managing Director

Gladys started her trading life at a Peruvian Mining company and finished there as Head of Minor Metals. Her expertise spans over 20 years in the industry and as a result has built up extremely strong relationships with some of the largest producers in South & Central America (SCA) and around the world.

She is uniquely placed to be able to offer specialist insight into the SCA markets and has a lot of knowledge and understanding of the Minor Metals and Rare Earth markets.

In 1993 she formed SANAB Ltd and has successfully grown the company from humble beginnings to the company it is today.

Gladys has been a regular contributor to many industry journals and magazines and is always happy to help with any queries regards the metal markets.

Neil Anthony Smith

Consultant Director for Strategy & Business Development

Neil has been involved in variety of industries before taking position as Consultant Director for Strategy & Business Development in 2009. His early career background was in politics and local county government where he advised on policy development matters.

Neil's degree is in business management, Neil has been responsible for wide ranging areas of business development at SANAB including creating new business portfolios and expanding the company into new areas. Neil’s expertise is in strategic management, business development & external investments which add value in his role as head of the BDS division. 

Claudia Jenner

Operations Manager

Claudia has experience of over 11 years in account management and has a good knowledge of international markets and has extensive experience working with large Blue Chip companies.

As an Operations manager Claudia’s role varies, she is responsible for managing shipping and logistical operations for SANAB as well as looking after aspects of sales and stock management.

Claudia’s other specialities also include speaking Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and French which contribute to her role.

Vicki Sanchez

Accounting Manager

Vicki's specialisation lies with primarily managing domestic and international accounting issues for SANAB. She has been with the company for 4 years and is a valuable member of the team

Vicki is a native Spanish speaker.
